Yes. Add a 0% rate to your VAT rates once, and pick it per invoice line — whether you are not registered for VAT, or you are billing a business in another EU country under reverse charge. Billoo prints the reason on the invoice.
Yes — each line has its own VAT rate. Billoo totals each rate separately and shows them as separate lines above the grand total, the way a proper invoice should.
You paste the RonPay payment link for that invoice. Billoo turns it into a styled button on the PDF — no integration to build, and no card data stored anywhere on Billoo.
Any time, per invoice or as your default in Settings. Past invoices keep the look they were sent with, so nothing already delivered ever changes retroactively.
No — SKU is entirely optional. Add it if you track stock codes, skip it if you don't.
